Founded in 1997, NogginLabs is a woman-owned business based in Chicago, Illinois. NogginLabs' business is to create custom, performance-based design curriculums for adult learners. NogginLabs believes that in order to prepare learners for on-the-job situations, courses must accurately mimic the work environment.

With that in mind, NogginLabs specializes in converting content into realistic activities, scenarios, and role-plays that are delivered in online formats. We use the principles of human learning science to design the contents of the training. The courseware actually simulates real work situations and allows the employee to make mistakes, just as he/she would in real work environment. The employee is then given an opportunity to correct the mistake(s) by providing a different response or taking a different approach to resolving the situation. We collaborate with our client’s subject matter experts in designing the content and flow of training courses that they feel work best in their environment.
