At Drury Design Dynamics’ Learning and Performance Department: it is our mission to design and implement an interactive training curriculum that utilizes adult learning principles to engage and empower  participants and increase performance in the field.

How do we know we've developed experts? We measure our training's effectiveness along the way by monitoring the progress of the learner.  Assessment tools are strategically located throughout the training program to measure retention of key information.

 

We also utilize key therapeutic leaders who bring added credibility to a program.  They offer insights, understanding and an intimacy with the subject that is valuable to the program and to the learner.  We draw upon their expertise as subject matter experts and as therapeutic consultants in developing a program's learning architecture.
